Candidate Profile & Requirements

This role is ideally suited for someone seeking greater sovereignty over their calendar who meets the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate management business development consultative sales executive coaching recruitment HR/L&D or client services.
• Executive Communication: High emotional intelligence with clear articulate and confident communication skills across phone Zoom and written correspondence.
• Self-Directed Autonomy: Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own pipeline calendar and daily activities without micro-management.
