Are you outgoing motivated and great at connecting with people Green Ford is looking for aBusiness Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Youll help create a great customer experience by responding to internet leads following up with prospective buyers scheduling appointments and helping our sales team turn opportunities into customers.

• Respond promptly to incoming internet phone and customer inquiries

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers

• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments

• Build relationships with customers through phone text and email

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the dealership

• Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers

• Meet and exceed monthly appointment and performance goals

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction

• Positive energetic and professional personality

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Goal-oriented and motivated to earn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required

• Previous BDC call center sales or customer service experience is a plus
