Compensation: $17$20/hour up to $500/month in bonuses

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone text and email responding quickly professionally and with empathy.

• Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.

• Work closely with our 70 locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.

• 2 years of call center or contact center experience you know how to manage high call volume stay focused and hit performance targets.

• Confident communicator clear professional and friendly in both speech and writing.

• Organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple tasks and systems at once.

• Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems phone software and basic office tools.

• Bonus points if youre bilingual.
