Business and Environmental Litigation Associate

Join a collaborative litigation team at a Sacramento business law firm handling business and environmental disputes for regional clients. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and take on meaningful litigation responsibilities.

• Handle business and environmental litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings motions and legal briefs.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with partners in a fast-paced litigation practice.

• One to five years of civil litigation experience at a law firm with a background in business or environmental litigation.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• Substantial experience drafting pleadings discovery and motions.
• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills. A writing sample and law school transcript are required.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• A collaborative approach and ability to contribute to a fast-paced team.

Base salary range: $165000 to $185000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Hybrid role based in Sacramento California with two to three days per week in the office.
