REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

1. 10 years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT or technology environments.
2. Strong requirements elicitation interviewing facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
3. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint and related collaboration tools.
4. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping workflow documentation and technical/business diagrams.
5. Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure applications service delivery cybersecurity or similar IT disciplines.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

1. Experience with documentation recovery IT operational maturity knowledge-management or process-standardization initiatives.
2. Experience documenting cybersecurity infrastructure disaster recovery business continuity or IT service-management processes.
3. Experience with SharePoint-based documentation repositories and governance.
4. Familiarity with ITIL NIST CIS or other recognized IT/security frameworks.
5. Government or other highly regulated environment experience.
