Job Summary

Must Haves (3 5):
Strong operational support experience (incident management prioritization issue ownership through resolution)
Experience with transactional data (preferably logistics-related)
SQL and/or Power BI hands-on experience
Proven ability to own and drive issues to completion
Experience supporting operations accounting/data reconciliation processes

Nice to Have (if you need for vendor push):
Large enterprise background (Oil & Gas preferred)
Willingness to travel (1 2 times during project)
UAT support experience
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
