Business Analyst

Business Analyst needs 5 years experience

Must Have:

• Enterprise project and construction management software: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Primavera P6 Oracle Unifier or similar enterprise project and construction management software platforms.
• Enterprise application configuration and testing: Experience with application configuration implementation and support including software testing test planning test execution defect management and test automation using Worksoft or comparable tools.
• Agile delivery and development tools: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Relevant technical experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology Business Systems Analysis Application Support or a related technical discipline.
• Business requirements and functional documentation: Experience gathering business requirements and developing functional and system documentation including requirements specifications user stories use cases and business process documentation.
• Knowledge of on-premise cloud-hosted and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environme
• Experience with Pandell Land Property Management.
• Experience with Hitachi Energy eSOMS.
• Experience supporting field devices and related software solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing business reports dashboards and performance metrics.
• Experience in utility energy or regulated-industry environments.
• Local 2 days onsite
• ServiceNow integrations Asset Management Inventory Management CMDB discovery Webex M365 Productivity Suite (O365) data analytics VoIP telecommunications Telecommunications Expense Management contracts Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management Inventory Management CMDB discovery Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
