Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
• Create clear structured documentation including process maps workflows and functional specifications
• Work with delivery teams to translate business needs into practical efficient solutions
• Assist in developing business cases impact assessments and data-driven recommendations
• Support project planning tracking and reporting to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations for stakeholders at various levels
• Evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service quality
• Stay current on industry trends tools and best practices relevant to consumer services

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Information Systems or a related field
• 13 years of experience in business analysis data analysis or an equivalent associate-level role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather interpret and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana is a plus
• Familiarity with the consumer services industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
