Role Summary
The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams ensuring business needs are understood analyzed documented and translated into actionable requirements and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering process discovery and stakeholder workshops.
Document business functional and non-functional requirements.
Create current-state and future-state process flows.
Identify process gaps controls risks and improvement opportunities.
Support solution design reviews and validation activities.
Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and business sign-offs.
Work closely with business technology operations and vendor partners.
Experience & Skills
10 years of Business Analysis experience within banking or financial services.
Experience supporting transformation migration regulatory or platform modernization initiatives.
Strong process modeling requirements management and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Familiarity with lending deposits payments KYC/AML data migration or core banking operations.
Experience with Visio Excel Jira Azure DevOps and requirements management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Success Measures
Requirements are complete traceable and well understood by delivery teams.
Reduced rework through effective analysis and stakeholder alignment.
High-quality process documentation and business readiness support.
Timely support for testing validation and implementation activities.
