Position Overview

Corinth is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Department of Defense (DoD) client.

Required Qualifications

Must be US Citizen.

Must currently hold or have held within the past 2 years an active DoD Common Access Card (CAC); equivalent PIV credentials from other federal agencies are accepted provided they are backed by a final favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (or higher) investigation.

Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (CCNA-Security GSEC Security CE SSCP CASP CE CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH).

Associate degree or higher.

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting federal government IT programs.

Demonstrated experience in Business Process Management including developing documenting and maintaining business process flows using BPMN or equivalent methodology.

Experience in Business Process Reengineering including analyzing current-state processes identifying improvement opportunities and implementing revised workflows.

Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce accurate well-structured program and technical artifacts that meet government quality standards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program data identify trends and develop recommendations in support of program objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Department of Defense programs particularly within defense finance or information technology environments.

Familiarity with mainframe systems or equivalent legacy federal IT environments in a business analysis capacity.

Experience supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes including requirements analysis and design documentation.

Familiarity with risk management processes including risk identification documentation and mitigation planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business process flows documenting operational workflows using BPMN notation in support of program sustainment and modernization activities.

Analyze current-state processes and support reengineering efforts to improve efficiency traceability and documentation quality across program workflows.

Prepare presentations reports and program documentation to communicate project status progress deliverables risks and opportunities to government stakeholders.

Facilitate interviews workshops and meetings to collect information from program team members and document processes and requirements.

Support the Program Manager in the creation update management and analysis of data relevant to the program scope of work.

Assist with identification assessment and documentation of program risks including maintaining risk registers risk assessments and mitigation plans.

Produce program graphics images and illustrations to communicate program activities to stakeholders across various initiatives projects and documents.

Update and maintain program documentation based on ongoing review and analysis proposing solutions as needed.
