Job Description/ Requirement:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 5 years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and .
- Experience creating and managing epics features user stories and project backlogs.
- 5 years of experience understanding BA QA and Development roles and responsibilities.
- 5 years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
- Experience gathering analyzing and documenting clear testable business requirements.
- Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
- Experience working with Product Owners Project Managers Developers QA Testers UX/UI teams and other stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience creating product roadmaps.
- Strong documentation communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.
- 2 years of QA experience is preferred.
