Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will take on the Business Analyst role within an Agile team for the development of specific shopfloor/Manufacturing applications in the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope timeline and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business needs analysis and workshop facilitation
- Ability to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirements
- Definition and scoping of user needs and User Stories
- Writing functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specifications
- Writing test plans and participating in IT test execution
- Support for business testing
- Participation in continuous improvement
- Quality control of deliverables and their level of quality
Qualifications :
- Experience as a Business Analyst within a software development team
- Experience as a Business Analyst within shopfloor/Manufacturing applications
- Experience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOps
- Bachelors degree in industrial mechanical aeronautical computer science or a related field
- Excellent technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector
- Strong adaptability skills excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine appreciation for teamwork
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector
- Understanding of aerospace industry regulations standards and best practices
Languages
- English
- French is a plus
