Business Analyst

Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather document and refine business functional and data requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories process flows acceptance criteria and detailed requirement documentation
• Partner with business partners commercial analytics operations and technical teams to support platform enhancements
• Support data analysis related to patient engagement enrollment communication and campaign performance
• Help improve workflow efficiency and business process consistency
• Support testing defect resolution and validation of delivered solutions including requirements traceability QA/UAT planning and defect triage

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting SFMC data platform CRM or marketing technology solutions
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with consumer engagement enrollment or campaign operations
• Strong skills in requirements gathering process analysis documentation testing and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and data needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientation
• Clear and complete requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong business and technical SDLC SFMC platform knowledge
