Role Description This full-time on-site Business Analyst role is based in IL. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives map current processes and identify opportunities to improve sales systems and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements analyzing data and workflows preparing reports and recommendations and supporting the design and implementation of process improvements. The role will also involve facilitating meetings and workshops creating presentations and documentation and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical measurable and aligned with client goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate across functional areas to track results refine methodologies and help clients build capabilities that support long-term growth.

Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather document and translate client needs into clear actionable specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map assess and optimize workflows especially in sales and operations environments.

Experience working with small or growing businesses especially in consulting or professional services is beneficial.
Proficiency with common business productivity tools and data analysis software is preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Charlotte NC and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and outcomes.
