Primarily Remote however this contractor may be required to report to headquarters in Harrisburg PA on a periodic basis for training or meetings such as monthly collaboration days.

Description of Duties:

Minimum of 4 years experience in the information technology industry in business analysis customer service and/or end-user support to meet general objectives shown above.

Must have strong Microsoft Office skills strong interpersonal skills strong verbal and written communication skills.

History of successful training or technical support delivery for professional audiences preferred.

Exp. as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven . as a BAon projects of various size/subject matter within the government/public sectorideally in at least 3or moreof the Technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile in business analysis tools and with data analysis and visualization tools ().Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including TeamsWordExcel& PowerPointplus proficient in Microsoft ADO TestingBachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyBusiness Administrationor related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools ( Project).
