Salary range: $105000 to $125000/Annum benefits
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Role: Business Analyst
Experience: 58 years preferred
Domain: Banking / Financial Services
Area: Enterprise Management
- Strong Banking domain knowledge particularly in Risk and Compliance with experience translating business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements.
- Strong Business Analysis and requirement management experience.
- Strong understanding of banking / financial-services business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience creating BRDs/FRDs user stories process flows functional specifications and UAT artifacts.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Strong documentation presentation and technical-writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio is desirable.
