• Experience working as a Business Analyst on technology or software projects.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation analysis documentation validation and traceability.
• Experience developing business and functional requirements workflows business rules acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Experience with UAT business validation test scenarios test cases defect tracking and stakeholder acceptance.
• Experience performing gap analysis impact analysis dependency analysis and current-state/future-state process analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to identify gaps risks dependencies and issues and develop well-reasoned recommendations.

• Experience supporting application modernization system migrations technology upgrades infrastructure initiatives or production cutovers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable requirements project or test-management tools.
• Experience supporting internally developed applications or complex operational/regulatory systems.
• Experience in public-sector regulatory compliance or government environments.
• Experience documenting statutory requirements business rules workflows and operational procedures.
• Experience supporting release readiness regression testing migration validation and post-implementation activities.
• Experience developing user guides job aids training materials release communications or other change/adoption materials.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.

Exp. as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven . as a BAon projects of various size/subject matter within the government/public sectorideally in at least 3or moreof the Technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile in business analysis tools and with data analysis and visualization tools ().Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including TeamsWordExcel& PowerPointplus proficient in Microsoft ADO TestingBachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyBusiness Administrationor related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools ( Project).
