Bulk Plant Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Bulk Plant Operator in Windsor CO to work for the worlds largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $19.50 - $21.50/hour (based on experience) Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off Weekly pay every Friday OT opportunity available. At $21.50/hr and 84 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of$2279 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Bulk Plant Operators to manage bulk plant facilities and support the safe efficient delivery of cementing products and bulk materials to wellsites in the Windsor CO this role you will blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs maintain quality control coordinate logistics with the PSD and Logistics Team and ensure all operations comply with HSE policies and governmental regulations. This is an entry-level friendly position no prior oilfield experience required. Company-provided apartments are available for candidates who are relocating or traveling for the position. 2 positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite on time and according to job program design checking and calculating quantities of material blends required prior to loading
• Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the logistics team
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and complete daily paperwork for goods received and shipped
• Label and store additives safely ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails and maintain bulk plant equipment through daily inspections
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs while observing all HSE policies and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-1 year of general labor or oilfield experience; entry-level candidates welcome
• General labor or oilfield background a plus
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform manual material handling tasks throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Company-provided housing available; candidates do not need to be local
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
