Job Summary
Position Overview:The Assistant Category Manager is responsible for assisting the Division in bringing unique and innovative products within their product category to market in a timely and profitable Job Functions:Coordinate with managing supervisor and support teams on all data entry set up and maintenance of all items. Coordinate with managing supervisor and support teams to ensure the proper product criteria is met. Responsible for the data entry submission and follow up of all art and photography with managing supervisor and support teams to ensure the proper product criteria is met. Responsible for the data entry submission and follow up of all design requests and for understanding and working in all available systems on a daily with managing supervisor and respond to sales requests regarding product samples packages sell sheets marketing materials pricing with managing supervisor on all samples and packages arriving on a daily basisCoordinate with managing supervisor on all samples and packages to be shipped on a daily basisMaintain Clean and Organize all showroom and stock room full product scope. This includes understanding all brand offerings and requirements/ the competitive market place. This includes visiting retail stores on a quarterly basis to become familiar with all retailers needs and white space opportunities in the :Education: Bachelors level degreeExperience: 0 2 years in the field or a related areaSpecialized Knowledge Licenses etc.: Experience with SAP and/or PDS is a plus. Experience in Google Suite is a plus. Experience with Photoshop Canva and AI is a Plus. Experience in Home Products is a Skills/Abilities: Must have strong written and verbal communication follow up and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner verbally as well as email and chat. Must be able to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced and evolving Conditions: Hybrid Work Model
