Skilled Laborer - Metal Shelving Installation

We are seeking a reliable and skilled laborer with a strong assembly/carpentry skillset for a short-term project (3-5 days). The candidate will be responsible for de-installing existing metal shelving units safely transferring shelf contents assembling and installing new metal shelving and restocking the units upon completion.

• De-installation & Prep: Carefully dismantle approximately 25 units of existing metal shelving and prepare the work area.

• Content Relocation: Safely move organize and temporarily store items from the old shelves and accurately replace them on the newly installed shelves.

• Assembly & Installation: Assemble and erect new metal shelving units to exact specifications ensuring structural integrity safety and proper alignment.

• Workplace Productivity: Work efficiently with minimal supervision maintain a clean and safe workspace and stay actively engaged to meet project timelines.

• Skillset: Hands-on experience in skilled labor assembly or rough carpentry.

• Tools: Must bring and proficiently use their own basic hand/power tools necessary for metal shelving assembly and teardown (e.g. impact driver sockets wrenches level tape measure).

• Work Ethic: Strong ability to follow instructions pay attention to detail work independently and stay focused throughout the shift.

• Physical Demands: Able to lift carry bend reach and stand for extended periods carrying materials up to 50 lbs.

• Duration: Temporary (Estimated 3-5 Days)
