The Town of Berlin is seeking applicants for a 40-hour-per-week benefited Building Maintenance Operator/Laborer position. Under the direction of the Highway Superintendent/Facilities Director the position oversees the indoor and outdoor maintenance repair and general upkeep of town buildings and facilities. High school degree or accredited trade school graduate plus experience painting operating light equipment handwork knowledge of general construction procedures or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
