Job Summary
Building Maintenance Person
Location: Malone Ford
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Building Maintenance Person to join our team at Malone Ford. This role is important to the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our dealership and includes a variety of tasks such as:
- Lawn care and snow plowing
- General maintenance of service equipment (vehicle lifts air compressors oil furnace etc.)
- Janitorial duties including cleaning bathrooms showroom offices and more
- Light construction and repair work as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- General knowledge of maintenance and light construction
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality work
