Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist will be a key member of the Raleigh/Durham Agency Leasing team and will work closely with brokers clients internal marketing professionals and other service lines. This role will manage clients and transactions support business development activities facilitate activities to strengthen client relationships and assist with deliverables required to execute the transaction life cycle.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales marketing and transaction support
  • Create client facing content deliverables and presentation materials such as tour books property flyers brochures and other materials as needed
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups including marketing and researchfor high profile marketing deliverables (graphic design property highlights market overviews mapping etc.)
  • Run market surveys to identify building space/options for clients
  • Prepare and send email blast marketing using Concep (or similar) service
  • Update website content social media etc. on behalf of brokers
  • Prepare organize and collect transaction documents


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Possess NC real estate license
  • 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or any similar combination of education and experience
  • Self-motivated flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Excel Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 59500.00 - $70000.00
