Job Summary
Bretton AI (formerly Greenlite): AI agents for financial crime compliance (KYC/AML/sanctions) at banks and fintechs. 65 people $75M raised SF.
Comp: $200K-$270K competitive equity. Location: Hybrid 4 days in-office downtown SF. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT H1B); full sponsorship case-by-case.
Own substantial product features end to end from customer discovery to production and iteration
Build agentic workflows automating AML sanctions and KYC reviews with humans in the loop
Develop case management reporting analytics and workflow configuration UIs
Work directly with enterprise compliance customers
Ship production full-stack code (TypeScript Python React)
Tech stack: TypeScript Python React PostgreSQL Supabase Cloud Infrastructure Workflow Orchestration
