About the Role
Join Loyola Medicine as an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to step into a hands-on leadership position where you will drive operational excellence support a high-performing team and ensure exceptional imaging services for our patients. You will help shape the future of breast imaging services while continuing to practice in a clinical capacity.
Hours:
- Day Shift
- Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturday based on departmental needs
- Location: Loyola Outpatient Center
What youll need
Minimum Required:
- Specific Degree(s): Radiologic Technology-Mammo
- Associates degree - or equivalent training acquired via work experience
- 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Expected to function as a working manager
- Excellent communication interpersonal prioritization and decision-making skills
Preferred:
- 3-5 years Coordinator Lead or Management experience
- Bachelors Degree
- UKG scheduling or equivalent
Licensure/Certifications
Required:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program
- ARRT (M) licensure
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA)
- EPIC PAC experience or equivalent
- Excel Proficient (intermediate) Testing for proficiency maybe required

Annual Salary Range: $84150 - $135000
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
