Job Summary:

The Breakfast Server at Latitudeis responsible fordelivering exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming dining experience during breakfast service. Reporting to the Latitude General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager this role involves taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal for all guests. The Breakfast Server plays a key role insettingthe tone for the guest experience each morning offering attentive service in a refined yet relaxed will support the pool service during peak seasons.

Pay Rate:$7.25/ is the pay rate wereasonably expectto pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests ensuring an exceptional breakfastand brunchexperience.
• Greet guests warmly present menus and offer recommendations based on dietary preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders ensuring special requests and modifications areproperly communicatedto the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficientlymaintainingattention to detail and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables service areas and dining spaces.
• Assistwith table setups refilling beverages and deliveringadditionalitems as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all health safety and sanitation regulations ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to review service expectations daily specials and operational updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Previousexperience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred.
• Strong communicationand customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingattention to detail.
• Knowledge of breakfast service including coffee tea and morning cocktails is a plus.
• Proficiencywith POS systems and handling guest transactions.
• Professional demeanor punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods andlift upto 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts weekends and holidays based on resort operations.
