Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards and presentation guidelines

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area including tables counters and equipment

- Replenish food and beverage stations to ensure availability throughout service hours

- Greet guests warmly answer questions and assist with special dietary requests as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service area

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays as required
