We are hiring a Brand Protection Admin to join the Brand Protection team at PSA. This role will focus on providing administrative support to the Brand Protection team. This position requires a proactive dependable and flexible professional with strong communication skills and a high degree of discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Youll report to the Head of Grading Brand Protection and work onsite from our Santa Ana CA office.
Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
What youll do:
Assist in documenting refining and organizing internal procedures to improve alignment and efficiency among the Brand Protection team
Help the Brand Protection team to perform and track the progress of various projects and tasks
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to customer support ops marketing and P&T to ensure special projects and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Organize and maintain spreadsheets and confidential documents relating to Brand Protection projects
Manage team calendars and oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings/conferences as needed
Ordering supplies managing purchases/inventory and maintaining equipment
Who you are:
Self-starter and natural problem solver who thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented
Tech-Savvy: Youre comfortable using office software and tools and youre quick to troubleshoot or seek help when tech issues arise
Limited Project management experience
Knowledge of sports cards or trading card games preferred
Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimate of hourly rate for this position is $19-$23. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
