The Branch MSR III is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Deliver exceptional member service by accurately opening new accounts including savings checking and tax-advantaged/retirement accounts (IRAs HSAs ESAs).
- Process and close consumer loan applications (Auto Credit Card Personal) and refer specialty services like FastPass and AutoLand.
- Provide advanced Online Banking and Mobile App support including troubleshooting access Bill Pay Zelle and transfers.
- Process routine account maintenance fund/close loans and assist members with fraud or identity theft issues.
- Promote credit union products to deepen member relationships.
- 1 -3years of similar or related experience.
- Working knowledge of established teller procedures and policies as well as an understanding of Credit Union operations.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in spoken interactions so others will understand.
- Proficiency with general office equipment such as calculators computers photocopiers and scanners.
- Credit Union Experience.
- Proficiency with Symitar.
