We are currently seeking a Full-Time Branch Manager to lead our West Bend branch. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance developing team members deepening customer relationships and championing the culture and values that make Forte Bank unique.

Position Summary
As a Branch Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor and visible leader within the communities we serve. You will lead and develop a team of retail banking professionals while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the exceptional service and relationship-driven culture Forte Bank is known for.

Schedule & Location
This is an on-site position located in West Bend 555 Wildwood Rd.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m./close Occasional Saturdays: 8:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Attendance at community events outside regular business hours may occasionally be required.
Primary Responsibilities
Leadership & Branch Operations
- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies ethical standards security procedures and government regulations
- Foster a culture of accountability teamwork professionalism and exceptional customer care
- Coach mentor and develop branch staff to achieve both individual and team success
- Recruit hire and retain high-performing team members who align with Forte Banks values and service philosophy
- Create an environment where employees feel supported valued and empowered to grow
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the banks products and services
Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Deliver and reinforce high-quality customer service standards through meaningful and proactive customer interactions
- Build long-term relationships with customers local businesses and community organizations
- Ensure customers feel welcomed valued and genuinely cared for during every interaction
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through personalized banking solutions
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with customers
- Evaluate service quality and implement improvements when needed
Sales & Business Development
- Lead the branch in achieving established sales and growth goals
- Develop and execute a business calling plan focused on relationship-building and new business acquisition
- Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to develop new customer relationships
- Increase market share by building long-term relationships with local businesses
- Actively participate in community organizations networking opportunities and local events to enhance Forte Banks visibility and reputation
- Promote retail business lending and investment products and services
- Generate referral business new accounts and opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of five years of banking experience
- Minimum of three years of leadership or management experience
- Proven success coaching and developing employees to deliver high levels of customer service
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong understanding of banking systems and software applications
