Branch Manager

Elwood Staffing is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations develop a high-performing team grow customer relationships and drive sales and profitability.

• Lead the overall sales operations and profitability of the branch
• Coach develop and hold your recruiting team accountable for results
• Support new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
• Ensure recruiting and service goals are met
• Develop team members through ongoing coaching training and feedback
• Monitor branch performance and implement plans to improve results
• Maintain strong relationships with clients associates and On-Site teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

• Previous management supervisory or team-lead experience
• Staffing recruiting sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
