Branch Manager

A fast-growing investment firm-backed facilities services platform is hiring a Branch Manager to take full ownership of one of its Pennsylvania branches. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who wants to run their own P&L lead a front-line team and grow as the company expands across the Mid-Atlantic.

Youll own the branch end to end: the numbers the people the customers and the day-to-day operations. Youll manage labor cost and gross margin keep accounts staffed and serviced to contract and protect the customer relationships that drive retention. Its a real business-within-a-business with a clear path to grow as the platform adds branches.

What were looking for:

• GM or branch management experience in the janitorial industry or a very similar multi-site service business such as facilities or building services
• Based within commuting distance of the branch. This is a four to five days on-site role
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given the front-line workforce

Beyond that youll bring solid P&L ownership the ability to build trust with front-line teams and hold people accountable and comfort working in an ERP or field operations platform (WinTeam experience is a plus).

Compensation package consists of: Base salary depending on experience plus performance bonus mileage reimbursement full medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match.
