As Branch Manager II you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M) and ensure consistent financial performance compliant operations and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy execution and results.

Key responsibilities include:
- Own the branch P&L driving revenue growth and operating income.
- Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand market share.
- Direct daily functions across customer service distribution and respiratory services.
- Set workflows schedules and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
- Manage inventory for durable medical equipment supplies and facility resources.
- Hire onboard train and coach staff; set clear expectations and evaluate performance.
- Enforce policies safety standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Demonstrated leadership of teams (2 direct reports) and complex operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
- Ability to resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
