Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM5:00 PM plus two rotating Saturdays per month 8:00 AM12:00 PM

Branch Manager Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow their wholesale distribution operation in Freehold NJ. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for the branchs sales growth profitability operations inventory warehouse and team. The Branch Manager will play a key role in re-engaging existing customers developing new business improving inventory accuracy strengthening branch operations and leading the team. Branch Manager Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch including sales warehouse inventory logistics customer service and administrative functions
Own branch performance and profitability partnering with leadership to review results identify opportunities and execute improvement initiatives
Drive sales growth by developing new customer relationships and re-engaging dormant and underperforming accounts
Build strong relationships with contractors and other B2B customers and serve as a resource to the sales team.
Lead coach and hold a team accountable for performance customer service and daily execution.
Oversee warehouse operations inventory accuracy receiving transfers order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
Establish priorities and set the pace for the branch ensuring commitments and initiatives are followed through.
Monitor inventory and cycle counts identify discrepancies and implement corrective action.
Ensure the branch warehouse vehicles and surrounding property are safe clean organized and operating efficiently
Communicate regularly with company leadership and collaborate with other departments.

Branch Manager Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Supervisory or management experience required
Wholesale distribution experience required
Experience in plumbing/HVAC electrical or another contractor-focused B2B distribution environment required
Proven ability to lead a team establish accountability and follow through on initiatives required
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills required
