Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM5:00 PM plus two rotating Saturdays per month 8:00 AM12:00 PM

Branch Manager Description

Our client a wholesale distributor is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to manage and grow their operation in Freehold this role you will oversee the day-to-day branch operations while driving sales managing inventory and leading the team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for growing the business re-engaging existing customers developing new accounts improving inventory accuracy and keeping the branch running efficiently. Branch Manager Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the branch including sales warehouse inventory logistics customer service and administrative functions
Own branch performance and profitability partnering with leadership to review results identify opportunities and improve performance
Drive sales growth by developing new accounts and re-engaging dormant customers
Build strong relationships with contractors and other B2B customers and serve as a resource to the sales team
Lead coach and hold a team accountable for performance customer service and daily execution
Oversee warehouse operations inventory accuracy receiving transfers order fulfillment and delivery coordination
Establish priorities for the branch and ensure the team follows through
Monitor inventory and cycle counts identify discrepancies and implement corrective action
Ensure the branch warehouse vehicles and surrounding property are safe clean organized and running efficiently
Communicate regularly with company leadership and collaborate across departments

Branch Manager Qualifications

Supervisory or management experience required
Wholesale distribution experience required
Experience in plumbing/HVAC electrical or another contractor-focused B2B distribution environment required
Proven ability to lead a team establish accountability and drive results required
