The Branch Manager is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Lead daily branch operations and supervise coach train and develop branch staff while ensuring exceptional member service and efficient workflow.
- Oversee consumer lending activities including reviewing and underwriting loan applications making credit decisions within assigned authority preparing loan documentation and supporting loan funding.
- Manage operational compliance and quality control including branch audits new account and loan file reviews BSA/AML/OFAC monitoring and adherence to applicable banking regulations.
- Support real estate lending activities including Home Equity and Second Trust Deed loans appraisal and title review mortgage lending and loan modifications.
- Oversee collection activities across consumer and real estate loan portfolios including delinquency management bankruptcies repossessions foreclosures and account modifications.
- Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements internal and external audits policy and procedure development regulatory changes corrective actions and special projects.
- Experience with operational processing for card services ACH and exception processing.
- 2 years branch Management experience
- Previous experience with a lending background required
