What Youll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Coach develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Drive Growth: Achieve goals for deposits memberships lending business services and referrals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with members local businesses and community partners.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Champion outstanding member service and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Think Strategically: Analyze performance identify opportunities and implement strategies that drive results.
• Lead with Integrity: Ensure branch operations follow credit union policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• Leadership or supervisory experience; financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication relationship-building coaching and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask make sound decisions and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
