Job Summary
Lead our Davenport and Burlington branches - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned so the people who drive results share in them.

The Role
Run the full branch: the team the customers and the P&L.
- Own the P&L forecasting and branch KPIs
- Recruit coach and lead the team
- Direct Sales Service Parts and Rental
- Manage inventory levels turns and audits
- Keep the facility yard and fleet sharp
- Represent Rexco at customer and industry events
You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years related experience (a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication
- Comfort with budgets and forecasting
- Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
