Headquartered in Marietta Georgia BlueLinx has over 2200 associates and distributes its comprehensive range of structural and specialty products to approximately 15000 national regional and local dealers as well as specialty distributors national home centers industrial and manufactured housing :Understands the companys vision mission and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals with warehouse supervisor on all inbound /outbound shipmentsand other customer service closely with Administration and Operations management to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate sales efforts of branch sales team through real time communication of route status throughout the manages and builds the truck routes to provide to the routing closely with Operations management to relay equipment inventory delivery and customer service in filing and scanning delivery ticketsAssists in processing Credit Card payments and bank depositsAssists in creating order proofs and in receiving inbound inventory and balancing AP ReconciliationAssists in processing claims as with clerical physical inventory as needed for branch with cycle count :Strong planning organization communication problem solving and decision-making telephone skills with the ability to identify key issues evaluate facts and recommend appropriate of finance and accounting transactions in a warehousing environment / distribution and experience in inventory control material/stock handling/storage and building -oriented and ability to problem analysis/ resolution organization time management communication and interpersonal improvement and operating efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and other relevant tools / with Oracle ERP platform a of experience: 2-5 years related experience is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled
