Faculty and Coaching

We recruit and retain exemplary educators whose classroom instruction is matched by meaningful contributions across school life. At TVS teaching extends well beyond the four walls of a classroom: it lives on the stage on the field in advisory circles on outdoor trips and in everyday conversations that shape character as much as intellect.

Picture yourself here: greeting students by name as they arrive with energy and questions; leading a lively discussion that invites multiple perspectives; coaching a team where effort and trust matter as much as the scoreboard; or walking alongside colleagues who are generous with ideas and quick to collaborate. Faculty are trusted as professionals encouraged to bring their full talents to the community. Innovation is welcomed. Curiosity is shared. Relationships matter.
