Box Truck Driver Non CDL

This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. Youll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.

What Youll Do
Driving / Route Duties

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
• Service donation bins (collect clean and maintain sites)
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Communicate any route site or safety concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes

Schedule: 4 days 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required)

Pay: $23/hour plus bonus (Average $25/hr with bonus) paid weekly. Stay on bonus after 3 months $1000.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening background check and DOT physical
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting loading and working outdoors
