Base Compensation:

$22/hr

About Us:Bernicks is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages vending and food solutions representing leading brands such as Pepsi Dr Pepper Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.

Job Summary: Our Box Truck Drivers work in-town local area routes and are scheduled four 10-hour workdays throughout the week. Drivers begin their day delivering product early in the morning and until the route is complete allowing them to be home safe with their family every night.

Responsibilities:

• Transport and unload pop beer and other products
• Rotate and merchandise beverages at customer accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service to Bernicks customers
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Four 10-hour days
• 5:00AM-route completion
• Most routes are Tuesday-Friday some schedules vary

• Lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
• Bend lift and twist while moving product off the truck
• Valid Class D Drivers License
• Driving record which meets Bernicks standard
• 1 year of box truck or commercial driving experience preferred
• Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernicks locations events or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
• Team members in this position may be required to handle move and work with a variety of products including alcoholic beverages nicotine products pork products and other regulated consumer goods.
