Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree. Commitment to the highest standards of customer service. Experience with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and database systems. Demonstrated written and oral communication interpersonal skills teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift 30 lbs when needed. Evening and weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications
Front-of-House theatre experience. Knowledge of ProVenue by or other ticketing system. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
