Job Summary
This is a remote position.
111Sign Printing Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and experience handling accounts payable accounts receivable payroll support reconciliations and financial reporting.
The Bookkeeper will work closely with management to maintain accurate financial records and ensure that company transactions are properly recorded and monitored.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping systems.
- Record daily sales expenses payments deposits and other financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Process vendor bills and assist with timely payments.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
- Monitor cash flow and assist management with financial tracking.
- Prepare basic monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements and expense summaries.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll-related records.
- Maintain organized records of receipts invoices purchase orders and other financial documents.
- Assist with sales tax and other financial reporting requirements.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment questions.
- Work with the companys accountant or CPA during tax preparation and financial reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- 13 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounts payable accounts receivable and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a printing manufacturing retail or small-business environment is a plus.
