  • Communicate with suppliers about confirmations and outstanding details
  • Review reservation information for accuracy
  • Track payment schedules and relevant supplier deadlines
  • Assist with booking changes and special arrangements
  • Maintain current client notes and reservation records
  • Provide confirmations and progress updates
