Youll assist clients with bookings inquiries confirmations changes and personalized requests while providing friendly and professional support throughout the process.

This is a flexible remote opportunity with training and ongoing support. Previous industry experience is not required.

• Assist clients with booking and reservation requests
• Respond to customer questions by phone email and online platforms
• Research options based on client preferences and budget
• Provide accurate information and recommendations
• Process and organize booking details
• Confirm reservations and client requests
• Assist with changes updates and general customer needs
• Follow up with clients to ensure requests are completed
• Maintain organized client records
• Communicate with service providers and business partners when needed
• Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish
