  • Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
  • Verify guest names dates itineraries and confirmation information
  • Assist with reservation modifications and special requests
  • Maintain organized client notes and booking records
  • Follow up on outstanding questions and confirmations
  • Participate in training on booking resources and supplier options
