- Lead and supervise boilermaker pipefitter ironworker and subcontractor activities.
- Plan and coordinate daily construction operations manpower equipment and materials.
- Oversee installation of HRSGs boilers ductwork pressure parts structural steel and associated mechanical systems.
- Review drawings specifications and construction schedules to ensure work is executed correctly.
- Monitor productivity and project progress to meet schedule milestones.
- Coordinate with project management engineering quality and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with all company client and regulatory safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks safety meetings and field inspections.
- Identify and resolve field construction issues conflicts and work constraints.
- Review and approve craft timekeeping progress reporting and work plans.
- Support system turnover punch list completion and commissioning activities.
- 10 years of industrial construction experience with significant boiler HRSG or heavy mechanical construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent General Foreman or equivalent field leadership role.
- Experience on combined cycle simple cycle fossil biomass industrial refinery or other heavy industrial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of rigging steel erection welding pressure parts and mechanical equipment installation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with construction planning scheduling and reporting tools.
