Body Shop Apprentice

Join the Rowe Ford Sales team as a Body Shop Apprentice in Westbrook ME. This role offers hands-on experience in automotive body repair and refinishing providing a strong foundation for a career in the automotive collision repair industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the skills necessary to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Assist technicians in performing body repairs including sanding painting and panel replacement.
• Learn to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare work areas and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inspecting repaired vehicles for quality and completeness.
• Receive and apply on-the-job training to develop technical skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in automotive repair and body work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods.
