Position Details

• Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K12)
• Hours:37.5 hours/week
• Dates: ASAP - May 2027
• Location: Onsite in Ohio

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring
• Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection
• Collaborate with educators related service providers and families to support student success
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals
• Ensure compliance with Texas regulations ethical guidelines and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment data analysis collaboration and staff training
• Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive evidence-based practices
• Additional onboarding requirements
