Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Design monitor and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related behavioral or social-communication needs while supervising and developing the technicians who deliver that care.

Compensation: $80000$110000 per year

Locations: Saint George Utah; Las Vegas Nevada

Licensure: BCBA certification is required. Utah openings also require Utah LBA licensure in applied behavior analysis.

• Develop treatment plans and teaching programs grounded in assessment data and behavior-analytic principles.
• Supervise coach and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists.
• Maintain data measurement analysis documentation and reporting systems.
• Ensure treatment plans meet insurance contract and professional standards.
• Consult with families care teams and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.

• Masters degree in special education psychology or a related field.
• Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
• Knowledge of autism assessment tools positive behavior support planning and current ABA methods.
• Strong organization documentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and an insurable driving record.
